For the last two years, some of the best guitar players on the planet have come to Malibu, to take part in the country’s newest, fastest-growing music Festival. Now the Malibu Guitar Festival is back for year 3!
It’s 4 days of music, featuring THE MICK FLEETWOOD BLUES BAND feat. RICK VITO, JAMTOWN w/ DONAVON FRANKENREITER, CISCO ADLER & G-LOVE, plus the “world’s greatest acoustic guitarist” TOMMY EMMANUEL, platinum selling country star HUNTER HAYES, songwriter supreme JOHN HIATT, the legendary STEVE VAI, founding member of The Doors ROBBY KRIEGER, and dozens more extraordinary artists.
Thursday and Friday’s performances are at Casa Escobar opposite Malibu Pier, and Saturday and Sunday’s shows are just up the street at Malibu Village in Cross Creek. Plus, all week we’ll be having jam-sessions, schools performances, guitar demos, and a one-of-kind guitar themed art show. And we’re supporting three hugely important charities, TheraSurf, Emily Shane Foundation, and Karl Wodakota Foundation.
